Job Requirements :
• 5-8 years+ of SAP experience
• Service management process with in-depth knowledge of in-house repairs, In/Out – warranty exchanges, warranty claims process.
• Familiar with SAP Notification object, Installed bases and service contracts
• Overview of SAP Order to Cash process and Procure to pay processes.
