Job Summary:
- Professional training content development.
- Gather requirements and understand the process to develop training materials.
- Work on content development tools / MS office etc.
- Interact with different teams to understand base process, change and various needs to develop training materials.
- Work with Change Management lead to participate in conducting training sessions.
- PMO, Project management, Change management.
