About the Role
We are looking for a senior SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead Consultant to directly face the client, lead engagements end-to-end, and drive requirement gathering through system configuration. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP SD/OTC processes, at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation, and proven experience in rollout projects across multiple geographies/entities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of overall SAP SD/OTC functional experience
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and lead projects/workstreams independently
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and hands-on system configuration
- Minimum 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation (full lifecycle: blueprint/explore through go-live and hypercare)
- Experience in rollout projects (multi-country/multi-entity template rollouts)
- Strong hands-on experience with contracts and billing plans (quantity/value contracts, periodic and milestone billing plans)
- Working knowledge of EDI (IDoc-based EDI processes, order/invoice EDI transactions, partner profile configuration)
- Experience integrating SAP with external applications such as Salesforce and customer/partner portals
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Extensive experience with enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, custom logic in OTC processes)
- Hands-on experience with BOM (Bill of Materials) materials in the sales process
- Experience configuring and supporting Intercompany sales scenarios
- Experience with STO (Stock Transport Order) processes
- Strong understanding of core OTC processes: order management, pricing, availability check (ATP), delivery, shipping, billing, credit management

- E with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Exposure to automation tools (RPA, workflow-based solutions)
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Tableau
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on OTC workstreams, leading discussions and driving decisions
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into SAP SD/OTC solution design
- Configure and own end-to-end OTC processes including contracts, billing plans, pricing, intercompany, and STO scenarios
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems (Salesforce, EDI, TMS, portals, CPI)
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements and guide technical teams on custom developments
- Lead rollout planning, fit-gap analysis, and template harmonization across regions
- Drive testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare
- Manage and mentor junior consultants within the OTC workstream
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO, Basis) to ensure end-to-end process integrity
- Provide production support oversight and drive continuous improvement in OTC processes
