SAP FICO Consultant 

Job Type: Full time.

Work Timing: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST

Work Location: Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities           

• Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with functional / technical teams
• Build global template and proposes process improvement plans
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Develop/monitor/update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance model
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team – adoption of Agile methodology
• Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office,  Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
• Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards
• Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affects SAP project portfolio

MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in implementing SAP S4 HANA FICO with minimum 2-3 end to end implementations along with global rollouts.
• Adept at handling business requirements and mapping them to SAP processes especially Global Template design process and liasioning with Technical Team for various RICEF developments.
• Strong skills in GL, AP, AR, Assets, Banking, Product Costing including Material Ledger, COPA, Integration with Material Management, Sales and Distribution & Production Planning modules, Interfaces.
• Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
• Experience with cutover and data migration activities.
• Hands on experience with Credit Management, Dispute Management
• Additional skills in Contract Accounting or Group Reporting is preferred
• Exposure with SAP Presales is preferred
