Position Title: Senior Analyst, SAP PP/PM
Fulltime with Client
Remote Option: Hybrid (3 Days onsite at Chicago Office)
SAP Consultant – S4/HANA and Ancillary systems in both Production incidents and Service Request. Candidate will also need to be experienced in Config/Development for SDLC.
Description:
- Support Production Planning/Execution, and Plant Maintenance in S4/HANA.
Required experience (e.g., years in SAP, specific modules, industry background)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or Information technology.
- ASCM CPIM or SAP PP Certification desirable.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP and SAP PM with in-depth processes exposure.
- At least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP ECC/S/4 HANA.
- Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP PP and PM applications in S/4 HANA environments in a batch managed environment.
- Extensive experience of SAP Plant Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, related Materials Management processes, and Order settlement processes.
- Experience with Forecasting/Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning for Process Industries, shop floor execution, and Quality Management processes.
- In depth knowledge of Master Data: Resources, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Equipment, Functional Locations, Preventative Maintenance Plans, Equipment BOMs, etc.
- Planned Orders/Firm Planned Orders
- Reorder Point/MRP
- Process Order Management
- Shop Floor Control, Detailed Scheduling
