• Lower ticket queue
• Free up engineers to focus on key initiatives related to internet design, web application firewall deployment, browsing consolidation, etc.
• Help with the deliverables related to Chicago Site
• Work on Network and security topics related to SG strategy.
• Network (Cisco) Routing & Switching Checkpoint, Cisco, and Fortinet Firewall experience.
