- 15+ years in SAP & Financial Implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and integration w/ MM, PP, SD, and TM modules
- Extensive knowledge of: GL, Financial Close, Product Costing, Tax, A/R, A/P, Consolidation, Cost elements, Profit Centers, Orders, & Fixed Assets
- Ability to design, review, and implement methods, techniques, and procedures that improve the efficiency of SAP systems
- Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROI.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
- Perform root cause analysis on persistent or major software & application related problems
- Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced.
- Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issues.
- Experience in SAP Rollouts
- Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)
- Integration of Finance and other SAP solutions
- Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops
- Leadership skills; lead customer engagements at an executive level
